Summary

An analytics platform for token launches — holder distribution, wallet behaviour, and post-launch monitoring — with an editorial layer that explains what the data means.

Challenge

Token launch data is public and almost entirely useless in raw form. The question an operator actually has — is this distribution healthy, and is what I am seeing normal — cannot be answered by a block explorer.

Approach

Ingested on-chain activity into a queryable store and built the derived measures that matter: concentration, churn, sniper share, survival curves.
Paired the analytics with a published editorial layer so findings are written up rather than left as charts nobody interprets.
Ran the same measurement discipline used on the research side — a claim about a launch has to survive being checked before it is published.

Outcome

A working analytics and advisory property with an editorial pipeline and a set of measures we now reuse across every launch we observe.
