WireOnChain
An AI newsroom that does not repeat itself
Sector: Digital media · Year: 2026 · wireonchain.com
Summary
A curated news property covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and current affairs, assembled by an ingestion and rewriting pipeline with editorial checks in the loop.
Challenge
Automated publishing fails in two predictable ways: it repeats itself, and it reads like a machine. Both are solvable, and neither is solved by a better prompt.
Approach
- De-duplicated on the source item rather than the headline, after establishing that two rewrites of one story share no keywords and pass any title-based check.
- Encoded explicit voice rules to remove the structural tells of generated prose — the three-part headline, the punchy one-line paragraph, the formulaic close.
- Required every article to carry validated internal links, verified by fetching them as a crawler would rather than trusting that they exist.
- Cut token cost per article by 49% through prompt caching and input preprocessing, without changing the output specification.
Outcome
A publication running on a scheduled pipeline, with duplicate detection at the source-link layer and a fleet-wide health check that reports on cadence and repetition.
